Positive: An exceptional breakfast, although the restaurant was a little poky for the number of diners in the morning. The concierge staff were amazing, offering advice and making suggestions on how to make the most of our 3 night visit to Auckland.
Negative: Very 'cosy' rooms. Although clean and neat, the rooms seemed very dark and small. The hallways were also kept very dark throughout the day and night.
Summary: Worth it just for the breakfast alone!

Positive: Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Bed was so comfy with beautiful crisp sheets. Room and bathroom are modern and exceptionally clean. I loved the beautiful tea and coffee options. Everything was bespoke and luxurious. GHD hairdryer! Incredible food at the restaurant. The lobby is gorgeous and full or art and books. The thank you chocolates were locally made and delicious. Location is super central, pay for valet parking to minimize stress. Honestly, could not fault this lovely hotel. Will be back for sure!
